Is there any text alongside "Causa identificada:" to indicate why the material received was wrong? I.e. whether it was simply the wrong part number...?

thanks for the note! The Spanish doesn't say specifically that the order was poor quality, so perhaps a direct translation is the safest, to cover the possibility that the order was simply mis-picked.

: except that no one would say 'misdespatched' BTW, my answer, substandard/faulty, covers not only the merchandise but also the despatcher's services, where these may be slipshod, or faulty or defective, whatever.

: 'Misshipped' isn't very common in English in U.K at least, and usually means the wrong items, or incorrect quantities, were sent.
