Spanish term
A este dor el nombre le viene de pila
Spanish to English
Other

This is a one-line clue from a game which involves identifying and finding objects/people.
This sentence has me completely stumped. Is it perhaps a play on the word "pilador". Is pilador perhaps the name of someone famous (if it helps at all, some of the other clues refer to famous baseball/soccer players/teams). I see from other kudos entries that "nombre de pila" can mean "first name" which is why I suspect this might be a play on words. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
