Actually, I don't have any more context. This is a list of the construction requirements in a contract and the "presa de control de régimen" is one of them. Sorry! But thank you for your quick response.
Thank you for your response. I've found out that a flow-control dam (presa de control de flujo) only controls the amount of water flowing, and the Presa de Cambio de Régimen is at a smaller dam at a lower level and its function is to make continuous a non-continuous flow from the large dam. Ever heard of this?
