Does this mean overtime?

My dictionaries do not seem to suggest anything that fits into this very short section that comes between 'situations vacant' and a welcome to new employees starting in the firm.

It might be overtime-related to judge from other comments and earlier issues of the magazine - the company is busy for the time being.

But that is called 'arbeta över' or 'övertidsarbete' etc. as one would expect.

Thanks for any suggestions!

'Appointment'

Hi Christine,

I believe within the context given the meaning is as Mårten suggests 'appointment' perhaps the translation may be 'For appointments beginning on October 1st...'

...as in be "appointed", "chosen" for a certain position, "fill in" a position.
Note from asker:
A pity I can't divide the points, but you have to make do with thanks! Having the sentence translated helped too, so I 'tossed' for it and Benjamin won!
