Swedish term

blivande yrkesutövarna

New recruits ... or something better?

tomorrow's workers

This may get me into hot water, but to Brit ears, 'professionals' implies people from the professions (lawyers, doctors, translators? etc). The workers you mention, while undoubtedly highly professional in their work, are in different categories. The phrase 'future professionals' would to most Brits conjure up images of sedentary workers. On the other hand, we happily talk about 'professional killers'. This is highly inflammable linguistic territory, so I offer this just as a suggestion, fully expecting to be flamed by more politically correct colleagues.

agree Arthur Borges : This is fair comment, I find.
