Bio: Lorena Baudo and Susana Vivas are English-Spanish Public Translators graduated from Facultad de Lenguas, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. They have upgraded their studies by participating in many post-graduate courses and seminars related not only to the translation arena, but also to Human Resources, Management and Leadership. They have more than 8 years of experience providing translation and revision services both as freelance and in-house translators. For the last two years, they have been working as Translation Team Leaders and are in charge of coaching, supervising the linguistic quality and upskilling 5 team members’ competences and potential. They have also developed and implemented a pyramidal and cyclical initiative to train in-house translators. This proposal is based on the training method and approach developed, enhanced and systemized by both professionals in the two translation teams.
