Hola! Es la primera vez que me llega para hacer la traducción de una página web y no sé qué parámetro tomar a la hora de estipular el precio. Se cobra por palabra, por página? Es necesario que la entregue en el formato de página web? Les voy a agradecer mucho que me ayuden. Gracias! Yamila

Si no tienes experiencia, pide que el "webmaster" te pase los textos a traducir en formato Word y los menús, botones, etc. en Excel. Dependiendo de la complejidad de la página web es prácticamente imposible traducirla (ficheros png, layers, etc.) Tu trabajo en principio es traducir.

He cobrado por palabra como cualquier otra traducción. En cuanto al formato, una de las páginas la hice en Word y el webmaster se ocupó del resto; la otra, el cliente me envió un programa de traducción propio en el que tenía la línea de comando y el texto a traducir. En este último caso era muy difícil contar el número de palabras, por lo que el cliente pidió que se le facture por hora.
