Transit XV, SP 16 Build 540.1
I translate a segment and press alt + ins.
In next segment nothing is shown in the box Fuzzy index, although I know that I have translated the same text before.
But if I press alt + enter I get information in the box.

In Options profile settings fuzzy index
automatic search with alt + ins is marked.

Does anyone have a solution how to get the fuzzy matches shown.

I have used Transit XV for years and never had this problem before.

try to check Options- Profile - Settings - Fuzzy Index and Concordance tabs Mar 13, 2006

They might have different settings which can result in different outcomes you get. Also check "Automatic search with Alt+Ins" in the Fuzzy tab (I know you did), but then choose Options - Profile - Save.

One more way is to re-build the fuzzy network - just delete TRAN2LAN (LAN - your source and target languages), TRAN2SUB and other files and start translating. These files will be created anew.
