Romanian term or phrase: eliberat
Certificat constatator de la Registrul Comertului, care atesta ca s-a inregistrat declaratia pe proprie raspundere conform careia firma cutare nu-si desfasoara activitatile in spatiul destinat sediului social.

In josul certificatului scrie asa:

"Emis la data: dd /mm /yyyy
Eliberat la data:............."

Urmeaza stampila cu data eliberarii, care este la doua zile de la data emiterii. Care e diferenta dintre 'emis' si 'eliberat'? Pentru 'emis' am folosit 'issued'. Cum sa-i spun eliberarii? Release?
