English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Human Resources / personnel management
English term or phrase: sensitivity (to goals and issues)
the full line reads:
"knowledge of and sensitivity to goals, issues and procedures". I do have my own "solutions" - unrevealed - but would like to compare with what colleagues have to offer.
This is the last question for today. Thank you all.

German translation:s.u.
Explanation:
Bewusstsein und Gespür für Ziele, Problemstellungen und Verfahrensweisen

das würde dann der gleichen Präposition wegen den Satz glatt lassen. Aber natürlich kenne ich den Kontext nicht ganz genau, weil ich nur so am Rande fern der Heimat mitlese.

lots of good ideas from lots of people. Thank you all. At one stage, I need to make a decision since I cannot split points.

Explanation:
Wenn es um geschäftliche Angelegenheiten geht, könnte man auch sagen, dass jemand
"einen Instinkt für Ziele usw. hat"
oder
"Ziele usw. intuitiv erfasst".
Zu knowledge: "das Wissen um ..."
Ansonsten finde ich das genannte "Gespür" auch passend.
