Would it be Zaporozhsky Institute of Continuing Education for Medical Doctors or Zaporozhsky Postgraduate Medical School? I have come accross both version and not sure which would be the right one.

I would greatly appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Zaporozhsky Institute of Continuing Education for Medical Doctors

Since you've come across both of them, I'd choose this one - just because it sounds more correct to me.

Zaporozhie Institute for Advanced Medical Training

A version only.
Though "continuing education' can hardly be it as Усовершенствования means "they learn something new to become better professionals" while cont. education means, say, someone with one degree can get a course in a different field, but it requires the postgrad degree. (from my pers. experience: i am taking a university course in immigration law via Dept of cont. education, while having a degree in translation - absolutely different areas).

Zaporozhye State Institute of Postgraduate Training

What is Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education
Our Academy was founded in 1885 as "Emperor's Clinical Institute for Improvement of Physicians", - the first institute of this kind in the world, bearing the name of Great Princess Yelena Pavlovna who did much for its foundation. At that time, it disposed only 2 clinics, surgical and therapeutic, and conducted 16 courses of postgraduate education on 10 medical specialities.
In 1935 the institute became "Leningrad State Institute for Improvement of Physicians- Qualification" (GIDUV in Russian), and in 1993 it was renamed into "Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education".
The Academy possesses its own clinical foundation, but most of the departments are based on a number of other clinics and hospitals of the city.
The "students" of the Academy are physicians from all over Russia, - from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin, - as well as from New Independent States and some other foreign countries.

agree Сергей Лузан : This way. Perhaps, Zaporozhiya/Zaporozhie nowadays, but 'State', 'Institute' & 'Postgraduate' seem inevitable ingredients to me.
