Actualy this is French but it is used also in English,
" I had a distinct feeling of Deja Vu"
literaly it means "had already been seen before"
but I want to avoid a whole sentence

Of course, the French expression literally means "already SEEN", but as the dictionary definition shows:
"The illusion of having already experienced something actually being experienced for the first time"
it's a whole experience (seeing, feeling, ...), so the use of the word عشت here is justified, in my opinion.

neutral  Nesrin: Your suggestion is correct, but I feel that it may be misunderstood. أحسست بأنه سبق لي رؤيتها could also mean "I felt that I'd seen her before" - the idea of a "deja vu" illusion is lost.

التعبير بواسطة إمِيل بُويَرْك. ـ

الديجافو؛ إحساس وشعور غريب أو وَهْم وفوضى للذاكرة بأنّك عِشْت تجربة مع أنها لأوّل مرّة تحدث ولا يجب أن تكون مألوفة مُطلقاً ! ـ

مثلاً .. لربّما كنت ذات مساء تتناول العشاء مع الأصدقاء، وتتناقشون في موضوعٍ سياسي؛ وأنت لديك شعور قوي بأنك واجهت هذا الموقف جداً، الأصدقاء أنفسهم، العشاء نفسه، والموضوع نفسه ! ـ

نحنُ لدينا تجارب أُخرى نسأل فيها؛
"هل قرأتُ هذا الكتاب من قبل ؟"
"المكان يبدو مألوفاً !؟"

اُختلِفَ كثيراً في تفسير ظاهرة الديجافو وسبب حدوثها؛ الباحث الإنجليزي فريدريك دبليو يقول: بأنّ العقل اللاشعوري ـ أو الباطن ـ سجّل معلومات في فترة قريبة مع العقل الواعي؛ لذا يتوهّم الشخص أنّه مرّ بالتجربة. ـ

بينما ينسُبْ عدّة محلّلون نفسانيّون الظاهرة إلى الخيال البسيط لدى الإنسان، وبعض الأطباء يعزون ذلك إلى خلل لحظي في الدماغ لمدّة ثواني قليلة. ـ

وهناك من قال أنّها جزء خافت مجهول من ذكريات الطفولة. ـ

أمّا التفسير الأوْهَن ممّن رأى أنّها ذكريات من حياة ماضية عشْنَاها ! ـ

agree  Sahar Tawfiq: This is a full explanation for what is called a phenomenon of déjà vu, I want to tell the asker that it is hard to find one word for it, except may be the word مألوف that Nabil mentioned, but it doesn’t give the complete feeling of the word, though.
