I am having trouble finding a good translation for the term above. I am thinking of "gestufte Leistungen" but that doesn't quite hit it. Can anyone help? Here is the entire paragraph:

That's my take. I do not see what "Benefits" has to do with "Leistungen".

: Technically, you're right; as to my understanding, it's called "benefits" so that the client feels honored by the priviledge to pay the bill
