English term

tiered benefits

English to German Marketing Business/Commerce (general) Software
I am having trouble finding a good translation for the term above. I am thinking of "gestufte Leistungen" but that doesn't quite hit it. Can anyone help? Here is the entire paragraph:

The new program embraces sales, marketing, consulting and professional services to provide tiered benefits that cater for the needs of the smaller or new partner, through to those demonstrating more commitment on a regional or global basis.

That's my take. I do not see what "Benefits" has to do with "Leistungen".

neutral doctor_suz : Technically, you're right; as to my understanding, it's called "benefits" so that the client feels honored by the priviledge to pay the bill
