English to German Bus/Financial Management

We are the premium priced supplier. We are the premium provider of everything in the marketplace. We are the reference point, so everybody starts with us and goes down. We want to stay in that position and I will talk about how we are going to do that in a little bit of time. But that is putting a lot of pressure on our price.
The other thing about it is that we are a company and we grow. Every year we give raises and things happen, so our expenses go up x or y% per year. So if your expenses go up x or y% and your sales only go up x or y%, that is why you are not seeing the profitability bounce. So I think we have two **takeaways**.
