Appears in a list of products manufactured at a certain site, there's no other context. From internet research it seems to be a mixture of olive oil, potassium hydroxide and alcohol, but obvious translations such as "saponified alcohol/ethanol", "saponated alcohol", "alcohol soap" and the like don't look convincing (and of course you don't saponify alcohols anyway!)
The only site I've found giving an English translation of Italian terms actually left this one in the Italian. Can anyone come up with a suitable translation?
