social disease

Tis certainly exists - as a term for sexually transmitted disease and as a term for a didease which has a high icidence rate amongst a specific socioeconomic group. It can also be used to describe things which are perceived by the speaker/write to be be damaging to society e.g. 'Smoking is a social disease'.

It is, however, rather difficult to be sure since you give us no context.

Typos - 'tHis certainly'; 'diSease'; iNcidence'; 'speaker/writeR'. Sorry about that.
Peer comment(s):

agree Piotr Sawiec : We usually used this term to describe the disease with an adverse effect on society, so this is the second definition you provided.
