Мне кажется, что здесь лучше использовать сочетание "авторские права", т.к. авторское право - это скорее область юриспруденции. В принципе, по моему мнению, можно ограничиться и просто фразой "Авторские права". т.к. далее по тексту разъясняется смысл заголовка.
