Explanation:
This is what the Brazilian Embassy uses. In the US, the word "Agriculture" includes livestock. It is not limited to crop raising. (I worked for the US Dept of Agriculture for several years).

Therefore I never translate "pecuaria" separately in the name of a government ministry such as this one.

If the word occurs separately in a different context I would use "stockraising."

I would go for any of these two terms because even though they're not common use, they're exactly what "pecuária" is.
