hallo, in einem Arztbericht steht folgende Formulierung mit der ich gar nichts anfangen kann, vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee, was für eine Linie hier gemeint ist.

TEC: no se observan lesiones hemorrágicas intracerebrales, sistema ventricular normal, no desplazamientos de linea mecida, no evidencia de frácturas óseas

Ich würde behaupten, es muss linea media heissen, das ist durchaus ein geläufiger Begriff in der Medizin, aber ich bin nicht sicher, ob man das dann als Mittellinie übersetzt
