Dawn, ese es ua traducción perfectamente literal, pero traduciendo la idea que quiere comunicar en el contexto que aporta el asker, no me parece la versión más adecuada. desde luego, no hay "una forma" de traducir una frase de este tipo.

Peter: "revueltos" is a word (in this phrase) with a sexual connotation. "no revueltos" is stronger than just "apart"

Mira la página que te doy donde aparece traducida esta expresión y muchísssimas más Ô_- y hasta con explicaciones...

He leído esta expresión también en un artículo de hace unos años sobre los Duques de York.
