This is from a CV for an Innovation Manager at an IT services company. I'm not sure how to order the words in the term: "système de développement rapide d'application M2M:" As you can see, the entire CV is very poorly written.
Coordinateur des activités Machine to Machine son équipe à reçut (sic) l’award de l’innovation en 2006 pour la réalisation d’un système de développement rapide d’application M2M utilisant le protocole ZigBee et son implémentation d’assistance aux malades atteints de la maladie d‘Alzheimer.

The middle bit ("développement rapide d’application") is "rapid application development" in English. RAD is a well-known methodology you can read all about on the interweb. I would respectfully suggest that you keep that word order, even if you decide to break up the term itself.
My suggestion merely replicates the French in one literal sense (I wanted to keep "RAD" together in the heading).
In reality, the M2M is probably qualifying the type of application (not RAD as a whole), and the whole shebang is a type of system, whic would give rapid m2m application development system, which makes sense to me.

Another option would be to assume that anyone reading this kind of CV would know what RAD is, and use "RAD system for M2M applications", which is what it means, and helps clear up any ambiguity or oddity in terms of qualifiers.
