Os efeitos da declaração judicial de inconstitucionalidade pelo método concentrado (a competência para conhecer da matéria se concentra num único órgão do Poder Judiciário, como se viu acima) são erga omnes, ou seja, há vinculação de todos os aplicadores da lei, em caráter obrigatório.
