cypress oil lotion/balm
I imagine this is an ointment/balm prepared using essential oil of cypress.
As far as I know cypress is usually added to a base oil such as
almond or sunflower.
"Cypress is used mixed with honey or syrup for internal use and as an ointment for external use."
"Cypress is a comforting, strengthening oil that encourages a sense of inner peace and stability. It is a drying, astringent, deodorising oil that makes it useful in footbaths for infections and foot odour. The refreshing woody scent has seen it traditionally used in aftershave blends, facial oils and facial steams for oily skin conditions, devitalised skin and enlarged pores. Cypress is also beneficial for circulatory problems having a special affinity to those related to the legs. It is a wonderful addition to massage blends and therapeutic baths for the treatment of sore, tired legs, swollen ankles, varicose veins, arthritic complaints and haemorrhoids. It will also alleviate fluid retention.
Aroma: woody, warm, slightly spicy, sweet. A middle to base note.
Blends well with: bergamot, clary sage, lemon, lavender, orange, lime, juniper, marjoram, chamomile, mandarin, sandalwood, rosemary, geranium, eucalyptus, frankincense.
Caution: Do not take internally. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body."

2nd link doesn\'t work, should be a hyphen, not full stop between cypress and aromatherapy

: sorry Manducci - this would be "olio", not "oleolito", which cannot be an essential oil.
