(came with) a way bill, bill of lading, packing list

These are essential documents in commerce.

The merchandise came with a way bill, bill of lading, packing list and invoice....

1) bolletta d'accompagnamento is a "way bill" in English.

Since the merchanice requires either a "way bill" or a bill of lading, I would say "way bill" is fine since "bolletta d'accompagnamento is a "way bill."

So, my answer is: (came with) a way bill, packing list, invoice.....

Here is a website describing the differences between the two:

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BILL OF LADING AND A WAYBILL
10/02/2009
The main difference between a Bill of Lading and a Waybill is that a waybill does not convey title.
Both Bill of Lading (B/L) and Waybill are among the most important documents in international trade.
B/L performs three main functions:
• A contract of carriage. When signed it becomes a contract between the shipper and carrier for the named voyage.
• Proof of title. Whoever is stated on the BL owns the goods named on the BL.
• Evidence of receipt of goods. This is a receipt given by the carrier to the shipper confirming that they have received the goods.
A waybill is very similar to a B/L in that it performs the functions of a cargo receipt and contract of carriage. There are several types of waybills: ocean waybill, sea waybill, air waybill. All air waybills are non-negotiable.
The key difference between a B/L and a Waybill is that a waybill does not convey title. The cargo named on the waybill can be released only to the named consignee and NO ORIGINAL documents are required. The consignee needs only to identify himself. If a B/L is issued the consignee can receive the cargo only when the original documents are presented.
Another difference is that you cannot name a bank as a consignee on a sea waybill and the bank cannot be involved in the transaction. The bank address can be used on a B/L for negotiations. It is recommended to use a B/L if a Letter of Credit is involved in the transaction.
