Ho messo anche "sperduto" in seconda scelta, anche se mi convince meno perché la via sta comunque a pochi passi da una piazza importante e conosciuta.
Quindi :
"si trova nascosto in un vicolo isolato"
oppure
"si trova/è situato/ubicato in un vicolo nascosto" (rendendo "secret" con "nascosto" e neutralizzando l'iniziale "hidden".
