Luis Miguel This caption must be a conscious allusion to Luis Miguel's song "México en la piel", a huge hit in Mexico and elsewhere. It's a kind of love song to Mexico, evoking things that make him feel Mexican, largely in sensory terms:

"Vestida con el mar de Cozumel
Con el color del sol por todo el cuerpo
Asi se lleva México en la piel [...]
Asi como unos labios por la piel
Asi te envuelve México, asi te sabe México
Y asi se lleva México en la piel"

Not that this really helps with the translation. There's no immediately familiar English version of the title, which suggests both "Mexico under my skin" and Mexico on/in the skin. A problem with "skin" in English is that it can suggest superficiality (skin-deep).

The song evokes Mexico as something worn and felt on the skin, and the girls in the picture are "wearing Mexico on their skin". You could probably construct a cultural reading in terms of the indigenous female body as an allegory of Mexico, going back, perhaps, to La Malinche.
