El "Proactivo/a" no está explícito en el original, pero el "scholarly" en inglés denota involucrarse de forma activa, y esto no es fácil de transmitir en español si no se añade algo.
"comportamiento académico/escolar" 'a secas' simplemente no transmite esto.
