Glossary entry (derived from question below)
Spanish term or phrase:
entranchar
English translation:
to wrap and fasten something to something else
Spanish term
Help, please!
Thanks!

Thanks! This seems like a nice, simple solution, which works for me. I'm always making things more difficult for myself, simply because I want to know the etymology and the exact meaning of things... Wouldn't call myself a word nerd otherwise :D |
Possibly "wrapping"
"Verbo transitivo
catch between the legs / from right underneath
Otherwise, coger entrañas - Braz- Port.: entranhas - would be a painful exercise for said turtle or tortoise. I've included that permutation, just in case 'anyone' tries top pinch my idea again.
DO pick up a turtle using both of your hands, one on each side of the shell, between the front and back legs. It isn't a good idea to pick up a turtle using just one hand.
