Sería interesante saber para qué país o de que vinos se está hablando, pero dejando de lado esas consideraciones ahí tienes los equivalentes y algunas explicaciones. Si fueran otras horas podría llamar a un amigo que es productor de vinos!

Reserve has no legal meaning, at least in the United States. In Spain and Italy, the term refers to a wine that received special aging before its release. It's not regulated in France, but there it's generally not seen unless the wine is better than what a producer normally offers.


El tiempo de envejecimiento o reposo de los vinos clasifica, de mas joven a más antiguo en Crianza, Reserva y Gran Reserva:

Crianza


Corresponde al vino más “joven” de esta clasificación.


El tiempo mínimo establecido pare elaborar un Crianza es de 2 años para cualquier tipo de vino (blanco, rosado y tinto).


De estos dos años el vino ha debido envejecer al menos 6 meses en barrica y el resto del tiempo envejece embotellado.

Reserva


Es una categoría intermedia entre la “juventud” de los vinos de Crianza y el carácter añejo de los Gran Reserva.


Los vinos de Reserva son aquellos que han reposado un año en barrica y otro en botella. Este dato también se traduce a su precio, normalmente intermedio entre las otras dos categorías de vino.

Gran Reserva


Los vinos pertenecientes a la categoría Gran Reserva deben haber permanecido al menos cuatro años en reposo, de los cuales el vino ha debido envejecer dos años en barrica y el resto del tiempo en botella.


Lo más frecuente es que este largo reposo se emplee con tinto ya que, por sus características, es la clase de vino que mejor admite este tipo de maduración y el que más optimizada ve sus cualidades propias.

leave unchanged or "reserve"

consider leaving unchanged since it is a denomination that usually is not translated. if you MUST translate, use "reserve" instead, which is a similar (but unofficial) denomination used by american winemakers.
... use of a reserve designation to denote superior quality remained both unofficial and relatively limited until well into the 20th century. One reason was simply that different nations chose different means of defining wine quality. France opted long ago for a classification of vineyards — the cru classé system; in addition, some Bordeaux châteaus made two wines, labeling the better one “grand vin.” Germany qualified wines by the ripeness of grapes at harvest. Spain and Italy did eventually codify their “reserve” wines, but only within certain regions that were already acknowledged for producing wines of consistent character. Labeled reservas and riservas, respectively, the wines are required to be aged longer before release than regular wines. In theory and practice, the regulations compel Spanish and Italian producers to use their best grapes for their reserve wines. For wine drinkers, this means they can expect better wine in a bottle labeled reserva or riserva than they can from standard wines.

agree Patricia Rosas : I would not translate these terms--there is a specific legal requirement for the number of years aged; in the US, "reserve" does not mean that a parallel requirement has been met (see that link I gave you earlier)
