E.T.'s

English translation: the panda says NO*

15:02 Feb 16, 2009
English language (monolingual) [Non-PRO]
Art/Literary - General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters / acronym
English term or phrase: E.T.'s
How should one write, "E.T.s exist"?

I'm wary of using the apostrophe here, but what do you all think?

Nothing in the style guide says one way or the other, and so I'm unsure...

Thanks!

Always ask yourself why the 's' at the end is there.
Is this a possessive?
Is this an abbreviation?
If the answer is no, then there is no apostrophe.
