Susanita: en la traducción que tú misma propones utilizaste muy bien el término derechos (interest) pero no ten cuidado con "real state" ("propiedad inmobiliaria" o "bienes inmuebles"), quiero decir que "real" va con "state" no con "interests" (no "derechos reales"), no sé si me he explicado bien ;-)
