socio colectivo/socio en comandita simple o limitado

in a general partnership the owners are all personally responsible for the debts of the firm, regardless of the amount of their investment. They handle the daily management and operation of the firm.
A limited partner is an investor not liable beyond the limits of his capital contribution. Similar to a silent partner, but with one difference: these are unknown to the public, and if tehy are not limited, they have the same responsibilities as general partners.
