Capturar el momento oportuno
For a civil rights movement or any other, it is very important to 'catch" the opportunity at the right time. So that they will be able to fight for their rights, get to pass legislation in Congress and get the people to support their cause.

Comment: "Thanks so much to everyone. I wish there were more context to add, but it's the title of a booklet, no other words appear with it. "

Atrapar el momento
I think a little more context would be helpful. It could be "disfrutar el momento", but it seems like it's not the right context for that.

Capturar el momento
I was trying to see how they translate: "carpe diem" lo cual es seize the day, pero no lo encontre pues es un termino en Latin....
Tambien podrias usar "agarrar, asir," pero "capturar" me parece mas apropiado
Happy translating! ;o)

I know you already selected an answer but the above is what you'd want to use. That's exactly what we'd say in Mexico just as here in the US it's Seize the Day. Hope this is of help! Suerte!
