customer satisfaction survey
This company's customer satisfaction survey asks: "Wie sehr treffen die folgenden Eigenschaften auf (Namen der Firma) zu? There are five possible responses: "trifft sehr zu", "trifft zu", "trifft halbwegs zu", "trifft kaum zu" und "trifft überhaupt nicht zu". Variations on "applicable" don't seem familiar or very snappy for that matter. Maybe "descriptive"? Does anyone know the "generally accepted" way to phrase this?
