ATTY. OR USE A NOTE

Explanation:
If it is apparent by context that the person is a lawyer, use the title "Atty.". If not, the only way to handle "Licenciado" is by leaving it as is, then inserting a note: "Academic title used by lawyers and persons with bachelor level college degrees in many fields." (From experience w/ Mexican documents)

Bachelor's Degree

Explanation:
There are many kinds of university graduates and degrees/diplomas, but this corresponds to the Barchelor of Arts (and/or Letters) or Bachelor of Science (5 years), being a 5-year undergraduate course. In many Spanish-speaking countries, there is either no Master's degree or only a token Master's, such that the prerequisite for the next "ciclo" is the AB + 1 year, the BS, or the AB + equivalent Masteral credits.

agree  Patricia Lutteral: Very difficult to translate. I have a 5-year degree, and there´s a post-grad "Licenciatura", two more years. :-))
