这个句子怎么看起来怪怪的，是表达方法太地道还是句子有错误？
我的翻译如下：
引起人脱水的因素:
- 某些疾病
- 饮酒
- 就连想不想喝水，该不该喝，都觉得困惑
最后这句话我还是觉得有问题，中国人看不懂这句话，到底应该怎么翻译呢？

Zhoudan 这个翻得很好. 或者可以说 "是根本不想喝水, 还/或是懒得去喝水"
也就是说脱水的原因是根本连水都不想喝(即不渴), 或是连饮水(定时地)都嫌麻烦. 笔者在此将两者归纳为一个原因.
The latter part of the sentence ought to read "can bother enough" as Zhoudan pointed out, or the writer may have missed a "be", i.e., it ought to read "can be bothered enough".

对, 一般口语可以这样说:
Whether we even want to drink or can be bothered enough to drink.
Whether we even want to drink or can even be bothered enough to drink.
笔者把后面的 "to drink" 省略掉了, which is perfectly fine(or actually preferable). But he also missed typing a "be", clearly a typographical error.
