I want to localized a VC/MFC based DLL called MyDLL.dll. I read the article about satellite DLL at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8fkteez0 . However, it seems works for EXE file only. If I use MyDLL.dll and put the English resources in it, then put the Germany resources in MyDLLDEU.dll, then will the Germany resources being loaded when MyDLL.dll is invoked on a Germany computer? I have tried but it seems do not works. The application calling MyDLL.dll and MyDLL.dll will still use English resources.

What is the standard way of localize a VC/MFC-based DLL?
