Why does this webinar keep changing dates???? Nov 27, 2012

I registered for the session of 13 November, which was cancelled without any communication due to Sandy. On 13 November I discovered that this was postponed to 27 November and today (27 November) I see that it has been postponed again to 30 November... AGAIN without any notice whatsoever! This is the second time that I cleared my schedule in vain!
I am sorry, buit this is the most unprofessional organization of a webinar I have ever come across, so I have had it now and I would like to receive a refund asap.

Unfortunately this month we had to reschedule a couple of sessions, including this one, because our trainer is based in an area that was very badly hit by Hurricane Sandy - the area was without power for more than 14 days, that is why we canceled the session some days before November 13. Unfortunately, this week the trainer is ill and unable to do this session, so we rescheduled it for the end of this week. I apologize for this. It is highly unlikely that something like this happens again, but still I understand your frustration.

When rescheduling a session, those registered are contacted by email and given the chance to register for any other date available here: , or requested to contact site staff at for a training credit or refund. If you are not receiving these emails I suggest you check your spam inbox, as you may also be missing other emails sent via
