How to translate MadCap Flare 11?

Dear all,

Is it possible to translate MadCap Flare 11 files in Studio 2015/2017?

If so, how?

A customer has sent us a German PDF of said origin (underlying format) for translation into English.

Hello Sebastian,

I have never worked with this kind of file, but I know this Trados 2015 plug in to let the system recognize mad cap file.
