Just bought teh application at the Group Buy, I can't open files. I go the message ...Downloads\SDL Muli term is not a valid Win32 Application.
When trying to open Trados Suite Freelancer I go tthe next message:

SDL website does not have a tech support link. Neither Customer Service.

The executable file might have become corrupted during the download process.
This is not unusual, particularly if you have a slow internet service, because the files are quite heavy. You could try downloading again, perhaps using a download manager.
SDL website does not have a tech support link. Neither Customer Service.
I have not be able to use the software- I could not get any help, I had to buy the customer support because I am getting an error and already tried everything that the healp finder tells you to do but still does not work- I also can find the same screens as the tutorials have.
I put a case into, I am still waiting for a reply or somenthing I'll keep you posted on how it went -
