Cannot install SDL Trados 2007

Just bought teh application at the Group Buy, I can't open files. I go the message ...Downloads\SDL Muli term is not a valid Win32 Application.
When trying to open Trados Suite Freelancer I go tthe next message:
The contents of this file can't be unpacked. The executable that you are trying to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again.
SDL website does not have a tech support link. Neither Customer Service.

Hi Miss Lambert,

The executable file might have become corrupted during the download process.

This is not unusual, particularly if you have a slow internet service, because the files are quite heavy. You could try downloading again, perhaps using a download manager.



SDL website does not have a tech support link. Neither Customer Service.

I had the same problem Dec 23, 2008

I have not be able to use the software- I could not get any help, I had to buy the customer support because I am getting an error and already tried everything that the healp finder tells you to do but still does not work- I also can find the same screens as the tutorials have.
I put a case into, I am still waiting for a reply or somenthing I'll keep you posted on how it went -
