Hello everyone,
Can someone explain the procedure to import Korean characters in Adobe Indesign? This is the CS5 version with Windows7.
Thank you all!

Save the text file as UTF-8, then place it using text import setting UTF-8.
That's the standard text import method.
And make sure the language setting in the applied paragraph style is correct.

Or perhaps you'd like to clarify your question?

Use an appropriate font Jul 27, 2015

Also make sure to use an appropriate font for the text. InDesign includes special fonts for Asian languages; these can be found at the bottom of the font list. Choosing a font that doesn't support Korean characters will render the text unintelligible (usually as empty squares and strange characters).
Good luck.
