Hi everybody.

I have a problem pruchasing Wordfast licence. I used the 500 translating units and want to purchase the full-version licence.
However, on the website www.wordfast.net there are two ways of payment: via Paypal or via Shareit (accepting all major credit cards). I tried paying by credit card (VISA, which I use for all online payments) but they sent me an email that the order failed.<... See more
Hi everybody.

I have a problem pruchasing Wordfast licence. I used the 500 translating units and want to purchase the full-version licence.
However, on the website www.wordfast.net there are two ways of payment: via Paypal or via Shareit (accepting all major credit cards). I tried paying by credit card (VISA, which I use for all online payments) but they sent me an email that the order failed.
I wanted to pay via Paypal but the link to Paypal doesn't work and there is no Paypal email address on the website. Therefore I cannot buy the licence number. I contacted the wordfast team but haven't received any response yet.
I need to use Wordfast asap, since there is a job waiting in mail computer.

Has anyone had the same problem? Is there any other place to get a wordfast licence number?

I had a problem when I bought Wordfast. There was a 50% discount price for certain countries (including mine) but the link didn't work. I was in an emergency too, so after careful thinking I decided to pay the full license price.

It worked.

If this is your case just pay the full amount.

Thank you, Fred, for your quick response.
I solved the problem. Got the answer from Wordfast support. The problem was the link to Paypal. I use Mozilla Firefox and the link seemed to me not working. However, when I opened the window with Internet Explorer, the hidden secure link worked and I was able to pay for the licence number using Paypal.
