agree  Tomás Cano Binder, BA, CT: Hm... Sí, definitivamente debió ser "evaporación". Se pulveriza el CO2 licuado sobre la superficie y luego se reduce la presión para hacer que se evapore, dado que su estado natural es el de gas.
