English term or phrase: Buck factors
"Buck factors for government payment offset.

Panamanian Social Security is also to be given special consideration for offset purposes since the ratio of employee and employer contributions differs from the U.S. ratio which is 50% for each. The Panamanian ratio is 60% employer 40% employee.

For normal retirement (age 65) the Social Security offset will be 3% per year of service up to 20 years (maximum 60%) multiplied by the Social Security amount.

For early retirement the maximum Social Security offset will be the lesser of the following amounts:

1. the amount determined by using the offset described above for normal retirements.

2. the amount determined by multiplying the Social Security amount by 60% and multiplying that product by the years of completed service, divided by the years of service the employee would have completed had he worked until age 65. Years of service in both instances are limited to 40.

3. the amount determined by multiplying the Social Security amount by the applicable age based factor ***Provided by Buck.***"

Gracias.
