Could it be rendered as follows:
depreciation relating to purchases of assets during the period (deducted by completing the EC field of the income tax return)
Searching in Kudoz and the internet did not provide any clues, unfortunately.

...so "deducted on the income tax return under section EC", I would say. My accountant does my tax returns, so I haven't really paid much attention, but doesn't "quadro" refer to the section and not a specific field?
