Avoir dans le sens comptable. This is a very confusing notion, even with the GDT. The word is used in a formula to compute a minimum profit level in a company:
Avoir au 31 octobre précédent X % de rendement désiré X 60%.

Minimum profit is arrived at by taking 60% of equity capital as at the preceding 31 October and mult
I assume that minimum profit is being established for the basis of royalty payments, payments to other sleeping partners or interested parties. If this is the case the sentence above may be appropriate. It obviously depends on the overall context.
