French term

professions ambulantes

Non-PRO French to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs imposition des non-residents au Luxembourg
With reference to the taxation of non-residents in Luxembourg

· les recettes résultent de l’exercice au Luxembourg par un contribuable non-résident d’une activité soumise à une autorisation préalable en vertu des lois sur le colportage et les professions ambulantes

I am struggling to find a standard rendering as I am not happy with "itinerant professions".

itinerant professions

also "itinerant professionals" when talking about the actual person

peripatetic business

Another suggestion: less frequently used, perhaps, but it does mean "going from place to place on one's business, itinerant."
