I have had this before but the brain cells won't deliver it up for the moment and my research so far has proved inconclusive

I take it to mean that a credit has been added, so I thought 'topped up to...' might be a good rendition of "abondées à hauteur de...".

I think "abonder" here is something to do with the employer's contribution to employee savings schemes. Not 100% sure though. In my glossary, I have the following translations for "Abondement" : additional amount, increase, agreed supplementary payment.
