Explanation:
No puede ser impuldador porque no es una palabra del español, no está en el DRAE. Lo que entiendo del texto es que este tipo de comportamiento se construye a base del comportamiento básico o escencial. Lo que me sugiere el texto es que el empleado debe dominar su comportamiento básico para luego poder asumir un comportamiento que motive, de dinamismo o tenga influencia sobre otros.

Si bien es importante todo lo que la empresa pueda ofrecer para lograr nuestra motivación en el trabajo, podemos ver claramente que las solas condiciones externas no determinarán el comportamiento motivante. Nos sentiremos motivados si a los estímulos externos sumamos la satisfacción de nuestras necesidades internas (fisiológicas, psicológicas y psicosociales).
