Hi. I wondered if anyone could help me with this. It comes under 'Renseignements financiers', in a mortgage approval document. I found this link which sheds some more light on the phrase but am still unsure how to translate it:

Is it 'costs as a percentage of loan fees' or something like that? If anyone could help I would be very grateful - thanks :-)

I am not an expert in this financial field.
What exactly you call these "frais de dossier" will depend on what they have been called throughout the rest of your document, as companies seem to use different expressions, though the idea is the same; for mortgages, I've even seen "setting-up fee/charge"
